Statistics and Applications” (S&A) is a journal that connects classical statistical theory with modern, high-impact applications across data science, climate risk, public policy, and computational modelling. While maintaining our strength in fundamental statistical research, we embrace emerging interdisciplinary challenges and new problem domains. We aim to serve as an accessible global forum for high-quality work in statistics and its applications. Our distinguished editorial board, comprising leading researchers from around the world, reflects this commitment. S&A brings out two issues per volume (year). S&A is now indexed in (a) Web of Science (ESCI) with Journal Impact Factor (JIF) 0.3 (5 years JIF 0.4); (b) Accepted for Scopus; (c) NAAS score of 6.30 effective 01 January 2025; (d) included in UGC Care list (India); (e) Google Scholar.
